Shri Shaligram Puja (The God Of Karma)
Shri Shaligram Puja is performed to purify our karmas (deeds) and receive blessings from the God Of Karma, Shri Vishnu Hari.
- Sit in meditation pose and visualize the obstacle remover God to secure grounding and cleanse auric negativity.
- While sitting in meditation pose next visualize the God of Karma (Vishnu) in your Sacral chakra or stomach area. Show your gratitude.
- Imagine verge of energies going in various directions within your sacral chakra.
- Bath Shaligram with clean room temperature water. Use clean cloth to wipe down water.
- Decorate with sindoor, kumkum & chandan (sandalwood) powders.
- Offer flowers & one fruit (eg: banana).
- Chant “Om Namo Narayana” 108 times visualizing Shaligram with closed eyes.
- Gradually open eyes & note your experiences; share with your teacher.

- Offer incense & light (candle or diya).
